Back in Chicago
We made it back Tuesday from visiting my family and friends in Ohio. I got my parents set up with a laptop and webcam, so now we skype almost everynight! They enjoy seeing their little boy and Andy and I enjoy watching my parents act like fools!!! Having a little one around brings back the child in all of us, including Nana and Papaw! Reid just points and talks to them. Its very cute!
We went down to be with my nephew Kade, he turned 4 and we enjoyed the birthday party! I think Reid made out with more toys than Kade! Kade handed down a lot of his old toys that are for "babies". Kade was so cute, when I saw him before the party, (Reid was sleeping back at Nana andPapaw's), he asked "where's your Weid, where's baby Weid" His Rs sound like Ws and we all got a chuckle out of it. Reid really likes other kids and enjoys being around them. He loved playing with Talyn and Hadley too! Talyn and Hadley are 8 and 6 years old. Talyn enjoyed him a little more than Hadley. Hadley's comment to me when I asked her if she wanted to rock Reid, "It's not about THE Reid anymore, he wasn't just born"!!! Thats Hadley, full of personality and only 6! Gotta love kids!
All in all we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our visit!
Here is Reid with one of his new toys, he walks with it, can you believe he is walking (holding on to something) already! Crazy how fast they grow!
I think Reid is going to have Hadley's personality. I swear he is rolling his eyes at me in this photo! "Mom, stop taking pictures of me, gosh!"

Wow! I cannot believe he is all ready walking with that toy.
Brady...loved that toy too...he particularly liked the jazz music when you turned the little roll bar on the side! He would just dance everytime the music came on. It was a pretty good investment...I think we got it for $3 at a yard sale. Logan is using it now at Mom and Dad's house. We had it out in the yard yesterday and Logan was walking all around the yard!
That walker came from Kade. Reid racked up a lot of toys from his big cousin Kade! I don't htink Andy or I have bought more than 2 toys. Hand-me-downs are the best. When Ryan and Michelle have another one, they will all go back to them!!
